Mr. Rohit Kumar Baid, B.Com (Hons), PGDBA (UK) is Founder & Director of Nokha Group of companies. He started his career more than 25 years ago at a very young age in the merchant family businesses namely M/s. B. R. Baid & Company M/s. Nokha Jute Udyog Pvt Ltd etc. He was instrumental in development of new businesses such as merchant importer of commodities and real estate. He organised and modernised family businesses through various measures.
After dropping out of Masters in Business Administration (MBA) degree course in UK he started M/s. NOKHA Financial Services in the year 2006 and ever since he has been serving the best products in the Finance Market e. g.
Corporate Finance : ICD (Inter Corporate Deposit) LAS (Loam against shares) LAP (Loan against property) Loan Syndication & Start-up funding etc.
Investment : Mutual Funds PMS AIF Bonds etc..
He had the opportunity to manage clients from NBFCs Corporates Family Offices UHNIs NRIs Trusts pan India and abroad too. His other business streams are Warehousing and Real Estate.
Save, Invest and then Spend is what he follows in his life and suggests his clients the same. His in depth knowledge about the money market and investment options help the clients to choose right product from time to time. He advises financial products as per the risk profile of the client and in particular as per the clients specific requirements. He oversees and balances portfolio based on risk return optimization formula.
He does philanthropic activities through Bhimraj Chunilal Baid Charity Trust as a Trustee. He is an avid traveller and likes to play sports.
He is a determined enthusiastic individual with strong motivation who works well with other people.

Mrs. Madhu Baid is a graduate in Accounts and Business Statistics Honours, she has well inter personal skills and always willing to learn new things. She has been excellent at balancing work and home.
She started helping in the family business since 2003 and has also worked as a Service Information Analyst in the top Logistic company in UK and proved herself a diligent person.
She looks into corporate finance and investment decisions of the group companies.
